2.What We Collect

Name, email, and phone number submitted via forms or Calendly
Lead contact information entered or imported by agents using Leadnook
SMS message content sent and received through the platform
Basic usage data (pages visited, features used)

3.How We Use It

To provide the Leadnook lead follow-up service
To send AI-drafted follow-up messages on behalf of agents (agent reviews and approves before sending in Co-pilot mode; sent automatically in Autopilot mode with the agent's prior consent)
To respond to demo requests and book calls via Calendly
To improve the product during the founding beta period

4.SMS / Text Messaging

Leadnook sends SMS messages on behalf of real estate agents to leads who have inquired about properties or services through the agent's own marketing channels (websites, ads, open houses, referrals, and similar channels).

Message frequency varies based on lead activity and agent settings.
Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out, reply STOP at any time. To get help, reply HELP.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Opt-in data and consent records are stored securely and never sold.

5.Third-Party Services We Use

Twilio (SMS delivery and phone number management)
Groq and other AI language models (AI-drafted message generation)
Calendly (demo booking)
Netlify (website hosting and serverless functions)
Stripe (payments — coming soon)

6.Data Retention

Lead and message data is retained for the duration of the agent's subscription and deleted within 30 days of cancellation upon request.

7.Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing btdec54@gmail.com.

This site uses minimal cookies for basic functionality only. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
